The cutoff time for fund transfers is 4:00 PM ET on a regular business day. All requests received prior to the trade cutoff will be initiated on the same business day. Any received after the trade cutoff, or on a day that the New York Stock Exchange is closed, will be initiated the following business day.

The New York Stock Exchange will close at 1pm ET on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 and will be closed on Wednesday, December 25, 2024 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Account transactions requested while the market is closed will be processed on the next business day that the market is open.

Note: At this time of year many mutual funds declare and pay dividends or capital gains. Any applicable dividends and/or capital gains will be reinvested in your account according to plan rules. On the dividend or capital gain pay date the fund will experience a temporary drop in share price corresponding to the amount paid. As a result, you may see a drop in the share price in your account related to dividends or capital gains declared. Recording and crediting of the amounts to your individual account may occur a few business days following the declaration date and related share price adjustment.
